Dr. Cora-Lee Peddle

Chiropractor/Co-Owner
Originally from St. John’s NL, Dr. Peddle moved to Halifax in 2002 after graduating from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). As co-owner of Thrive Family Chiropractic, Dr. Peddle had a vision of establishing a multidisciplinary clinic that was focused on helping people achieve health through movement, education, and nutrition. As a continual learner, she strives to provide care for her patients that is based on the best available information.
Dr. Peddle has served on the provincial chiropractic regulatory board from 2012 to 2022 in a variety of positions including Chair of the Board. She is currently a Board Director for the newly formed Nova Scotia Chiropractic and Naturopathic Regulator (NSCNR). She was also a member of the interview team for Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College for 17 years and has enjoyed the opportunity to influence the face of chiropractic for the future. Dr. Peddle has completed her Certification by the Academy Council of Chiropractic Pediatrics and has a special interest in chiropractic care for pre- and postnatal and pediatric populations. She looks forward to continuing her education to better serve her community.
Dr. Peddle currently lives in Fall River with her husband Jason, their 2 daughters, Emma and Meghan and their dog, Milo.
Dr. Jason Fox
RRT, RCPT(p), DC
Chiropractor/Co-Owner
Dr. Jason Fox has been a Chiropractor serving the HRM community since 2002 as co-owner of Thrive Family Chiropractic with his wife, Dr. Peddle. He was trained as a Respiratory Therapist and a Cardiopulmonary Technologist at TRU in British Columbia where he worked in the public and private healthcare system. He graduated with a Doctorate in Chiropractic from Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College in 2002. Since the clinics’ inception, Dr. Fox has maintained the same strong focus on providing his clients with high-level chiropractic care needed to address the cause and promoting individualized strategies to keep his patients healthy for a more proactive and productive tomorrow.
Dr. Fox is a proud father of two aaughters and has enjoyed coaching them in various activities such as soccer and ringette. His other personal passions, besides his family, include fishing, sports, traveling to new destinations, and continuing his healthcare education, with a special interest in neurology and radiology.
Dr. Fox has been involved in the provincial leadership of the profession at an executive level. He is now excited to focus on Thrive Family Chiropractic and continue to provide patient-centered, hands-on care.
Adrianna Thurston
Office Manager
Adrianna started working at Thrive Family Chiropractic in February 2017 as a Chiropractic Health Assistant. She received her BioFlex Laser Therapy Certification in 2019 and started her role as Office Manager in 2022. Seeing returning and new faces always brightens her day and she enjoys building relationships with patients. She always looks forward to being at the front desk to greet everyone.
As her role at the clinic has expanded over the years, she has welcomed the change and new challenges she faces with open arms. She continues to increase her knowledge of chiropractic and laser therapy to ensure patients are well-informed about their treatment. She continues to be amazed by how our services help the community and is thankful to be part of a team that helps the people of the community every day.
Outside of work, she enjoys family time with her husband and 2 kids, adventuring around the city and reading.
Emma Fox
Chiropractic Health Assistant
Emma has been a Chiropractic Health Assistant at Thrive Family Chiropractic since 2018. She enjoys using the Bioflex laser therapy system to treat patients with a wide variety of conditions. Over her time at the clinic she has witnessed inspiring patient success stories and emphasizes the profound impact that holistic approaches can have on well-being.
Emma is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Science in Biology at Dalhousie University. She has developed a big passion for animal behaviour and conservation. In her free time she enjoys reading, music and the outdoors.
Autumn Rooney-Holman
Chiropractic Health Assistant
Autumn joined Thrive Family Chiropractic in July 2025 as a Chiropractic Health Assistant. She graduated with a degree in Psychology, where she discovered her passion for making a positive impact in people’s everyday lives. Whether it’s through a warm welcome, a kind word, or creating a comfortable environment, Autumn loves finding ways to brighten someone’s day.
Since starting at the clinic she has received her certification in Bioflex Laser Therapy. She is excited to continue learning more about chiropractic care, expand her knowledge of the motor vehicle insurance claims industry , and most of all, get to know and support our patients at Thrive.
